Pixel Jam 是大家一起練團、即興的地方。為了讓每個人都能安心演奏,使用本 App 時請遵守以下規範。

1. 禁止的行為

在練團室、聊天、名字與角色上,都不可以:

• 辱罵、謾罵、人身攻擊或使用侮辱性字眼。
• 騷擾、威脅、恐嚇,或持續打擾不想跟你互動的人。
• 基於性別、種族、宗教、性傾向、身心障礙等的歧視或仇恨言論。
• 色情、暴力或其他令人不適的內容。
• 公開他人的個人資料(真實姓名、電話、住址等)。
• 冒充他人,或使用侮辱性、冒犯性的名字。
• 修改 App、大量傳送資料或其他干擾伺服器與其他使用者的行為。
• 播放你沒有權利公開播放的音樂(伴奏的著作權由播放的人負責)。

我們對辱罵、騷擾與仇恨言論採取零容忍。

2. 遇到不當行為怎麼辦

1. 先保護自己:練團室的房主可以把對方請出練團室;你也可以直接離開練團室。
2. 保留證據:我們不保存聊天內容和聲音,請先把聊天畫面截圖。
3. 來信檢舉:寄到 support@pixel-jam.com,寫下發生的時間、練團室(第幾間或邀請碼)、對方的名字,附上截圖。我們會在 7 天內回覆。

3. 我們收到檢舉後會做什麼

• 把當時的伺服器運作紀錄(對方的 IP 位址、連線時間、名字)另外保存,不會被自動覆蓋,保存到爭議處理完畢為止,最長 1 年。
• 視情節限制或停止違規者使用本服務。
• 依照《個人資料保護法》,我們不能直接把其他使用者的 IP 位址交給你。如果你決定提告,請向警察機關報案;警察、檢察機關或法院依法向我們調閱時,我們會配合提供保存的紀錄。

4. 規範更新

規範有變更時會更新這一頁與上方的生效日期。

Abuse, insults, harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual or violent content, doxxing, impersonation, offensive names, tampering with the app or flooding the server, and playing music you have no right to share are prohibited. We have zero tolerance for abuse and harassment. If you encounter it, leave the room (room hosts can remove people), take a screenshot (we do not store chat or audio), and email support@pixel-jam.com with the time, room and the other person's name. We will reply within 7 days, preserve the related server records (IP address, connection time, name) for up to one year, and may restrict or terminate the offender's access. Under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act we cannot give another user's IP address to you directly; we will provide preserved records to the police, prosecutors or courts when they request them lawfully.
